The centre is located in the middle of Punjab covering a vast area under its jurisdiction namely Sargodha, Faisalabad, Toba Take Singh, Jhang, Chiniot. The center was initially established in 1975 in a hired building of University of Agriculture Faisalabad. Subsequently, the centre was shifted to its present location in the year 2006 at main Jhang Road near Airport Chowk which is situated on the main highway between Faisalabad and Jhang. It was dualy inaugurated by the then Deputy Chief of the Air Staff (Training), Air Marshal Aurangzeb Khan, HI (M), on 16 October, 2006. It is important to mention that the new building was constructed on PAF land. The center’s operational control lies with Air Headquarters Peshawar (Directorate of HRI) whereas its Adm1n control rests with PAF Base, Mushaf.
