HISTORY OF THE ORGANIZATION
Metro first branch was established in 1986 with a commitment to serve the footwear needs of the community. Having surpassed the expectation of our Customers by virtue of quality and durability the next phase was the expansion of operations.
As the population of twin cities (Rawalpinidi-Islamabad) was expanding sharply, therefore a great need was felt to enlarge the operations at different locations to provide quality products to Metro Customers. For this purpose two more branches were opened in the Twin Cities in the year 2000. Gradually, the heat of the Metro brand goes beyond the boundaries. In 2000, management decided to open a Metro Mall in Mirpur Azad Jamu & Kashmir to offer various quality products to the Customers. Today Metro is not only a Shoe Brand but its a Brand known for its quality standards having multiple products being offered to its customers.
FUTURE BUSINESS PLANS
Considering the public response and immaculate demand of Metro products, Management has decided to expand its operations and have a three phase expansion strategy for future growth. In the initial phase we have planned to open five outlets before December 31, 2007 at various leading shopping centers in various cities of the country which include Peshawar, Gujrat, Gujranwala, Sialkot and Faisalabad.
